Your car is declared a total loss by the insurance company. Then, the insurance company sends you a total loss settlement offer. That’s where we come in.

Customer Agreement

You sign our customer agreement/personal guaranty and send us the total loss settlement offer that you received from the insurance company.

Revised Offer

The insurance company comes back with a revised offer. You forward the revised offer to us for evaluation and review. If that offer meets our request or is substantially more than originally offered you accept the new revised settlement and sign all required documents for the insurance company.

Money!

The insurance company mails you a check for the settlement amount or direct deposits it into your account. Then you mail us a payment for our 25% fee of the amount we were successful in getting the settlement offer increased by.
